Tattenhall Community Association is committed to eliminating unfair discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst its Trustees, Employees, Users and visitors.

  • TCA will make all reasonable efforts to provide equality of opportunity and fairness for all and ensure that no discrimination is exercised on the grounds of gender, marital status, age, race, ethnicity, religious belief, or social class.
  • We will take positive steps to ensure that all people are treated with dignity and respect and that activities are accessible, appropriate and delivered fairly to all.
  • The responsibility for the implementation of this policy lies with the Trustees.  This includes ensuring that all users of our facilities are aware of the Policy and the need to apply it.
